Language channels
Map each language to a channel (or a whole Discord category). Members pick roles, read only the rooms they care about, and write naturally. Relays keep conversations in sync without stuffing every language under one message. BabelWeave, TradLinker, AltBot topics, Pigona relay mode, Discord Translator linked groups, and BabelBot bridges all touch this pattern — with different depth on structure and extras.
Same-channel replies
One channel; bots post translations as replies, embeds, threads, or replacements. Simple to start, but busy channels get noisy when every line sprouts translations — and threads/forums rarely stay linked across languages unless the bot is built for that.
On-demand translate
Slash commands or flag reactions that translate a single message when asked. Great for occasional needs; weak for always-on communities where people should not have to remember a command.
